Calling all Devon Animators, Illustrators & Creatives!!!!
The animation community here in Devon is at the very heart of all that we do. Therefore, we are pleased to introduce "We Animate on Tues" a monthly animation gathering for the purpose of networking and building opportunities for local talent both established in the industry as well as students and graduates.
The gatherings are very informal and take place at the The Leadworks, Plymouth and Exeter Phoenix every month. In addition to the gatherings, there are visiting guests from the industry and a available opportunities board.

BAFTA and RTS award winning BBC and TV production special makeup effects Artist. His current production is a stop motion short film retelling of the Cornish legend of Jan Tregeagle

"I just thought I would let you know how successful the networking at the 'We Animate on Tues!' session was for me.
I connected with a number of artists who will be helping me with some aspects of production. Including, doing some flapping birds for the background of a shot, the VFX for my most tricky shots, Animators who can come in and help with some shots and motion control camera set up. All very promising!
